Nothing goes on this site until it has been checked by hand. If a piece does not pass, it is pulled and never listed. That is the whole point of buying from a store instead of a stranger.

Who does the checking
Every piece is checked by our own team, in house, not by a third party. Each piece is checked twice, once when it arrives and again before it is packed for shipping.
What happens if a piece does not pass
The piece is pulled and never listed. If it was already ordered, we cancel the order and refund it in full, including the shipping cost. We do not relist a piece we are not sure about and we do not sell it as a replica.
Our guarantee
If a piece you bought from us is ever proven fake, send it back and we refund you in full, including the shipping cost. Final sale does not cover a piece that is not what we said it was.
New or pre-owned
Every listing says the condition of the piece. If a piece has a flaw, it is photographed and shown on the product page. We would rather show the flaw than argue about it after it ships.
Still not sure
Message us before you buy. Ask for extra photos of the tag, the stitching or the hardware on the exact piece you are looking at, and we will send them. We reply within 24 hours.
