This website, closetrush.co, is operated by Closet Rush. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Closet Rush. We offer this website, including all information, tools and products available from it, to you, the user, on the condition that you accept all the terms, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or buying from us, you take part in our service and agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with all of them, please do not use the website or place an order.

Who can use this site

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state or country of residence, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Products and availability

Closet Rush sells authenticated luxury and streetwear. Most pieces are one of a kind, so only one is available in each size. Because of this:

        - Availability can change at any time. A piece can sell out while it is in your cart.

        - If a piece is no longer available after you place an order, we will contact you and refund that item in full.

        - We may limit or refuse any order at our discretion.

Product descriptions and authenticity

We work to describe and photograph each piece as accurately as we can. Every piece is checked before it ships. Colors may look a little different on your screen, and we cannot promise that your screen will show the exact color.

Closet Rush is an independent store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of the brands we sell. Brand names and logos are used only to identify the products.

Prices and payment

All prices on this site are in Canadian dollars and are shown in your local currency based on where you are. Prices can change without notice. We can correct pricing errors. If a price is wrong, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. 

Payments are processed through Shopify and its payment partners. We do not store your full card details on our own systems. By placing an order, you confirm that the payment information you provide is correct and that you are allowed to use that payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Our Shipping Policy and our Returns and Refunds Policy are part of these terms. Please read them before you order. All sales are final, orders cannot be cancelled, and we do not give refunds.

The only exception is a damaged or incorrect item reported within 48 hours of delivery, which is handled with a replacement or store credit, and a piece proven to be fake, which we refund in full including shipping once it is returned. 

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this site correct and current, but we do not promise that it is always complete or free of errors. We may update or correct information at any time without notice, including after an order is placed.

Accounts and orders

If you create an account or place an order, you agree to give current, complete and accurate information, including your email address and shipping address. Please contact us quickly if anything changes so we can complete your order and reach you.

Prohibited uses

In addition to the other rules in these terms, you may not use the site or its content:

        - For any unlawful purpose

        - To break any law, rule or regulation

        - To send false or misleading information

        - To upload or send viruses or other harmful code

        - To collect or track the personal information of others

        - To spam, phish or scam anyone

        - To interfere with the security of the website

We may end your access to the site if you break these rules.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Closet Rush and its owners, partners and employees are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage that comes from your use of the site or of any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold Closet Rush harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, that comes from your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

Severability

If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or not enforceable, that part is removed and the rest stays in force.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between you and Closet Rush. They replace any earlier agreement or understanding about the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the province or state where Closet Rush is based, and any dispute is handled in the courts of that place.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new terms.
